Terms

These terms apply when you place an order with Water Horse Custom Prints or use waterhorseprints.com. Because many of our products and services are custom, your product page, quote, invoice, event listing, or service agreement may include additional terms specific to your order.

Orders & Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout, approval, or submission, including sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, names, numbers, artwork, and print locations.

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled. Customer-approved details are considered final.

Payment

Payment is required at the time an order is placed unless different payment terms have been approved by Water Horse Custom Prints in writing.

Production may not begin until any required payment or deposit has been received.

Custom & Printed Products

Most Water Horse products are printed specifically for your order. Custom and printed merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable for sizing, color selection, buyer’s remorse, or other customer-approved details.

Artwork & Logos

By sending us a logo, design, image, trademark, or other artwork for printing, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to reproduce that material.

Water Horse Custom Prints is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided artwork and reserves the right to decline artwork we reasonably believe we cannot lawfully reproduce.

Artwork Quality & Proof Approval

For the best print quality, we prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, or SVG. High-resolution transparent PNG files may also be accepted.

If artwork requires cleanup, rebuilding, enhancement, or other preparation before it can be printed properly, an additional artwork charge may apply. Any additional artwork charge will be communicated before that work is completed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs and order details carefully. Errors approved during proofing are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or reprint.

Production Time & Rush Orders

Our standard production time for custom apparel is typically 7–14 business days, unless a different timeframe is listed on the product page, quote, invoice, or event information.

Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by order volume, product availability, supplier delays, equipment issues, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Rush production may be available with prior approval and is subject to an additional rush charge. A rush or event deadline is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by Water Horse Custom Prints.

Garment Sizing & Color

Garment sizing, fabric, and color can vary slightly by manufacturer, style, and production lot. Colors shown on a phone or computer screen may also appear slightly different from the finished garment or printed design.

When available, please review the product information and size chart before ordering.

Pricing & Product Availability

Website pricing and product availability may change before an order is placed.

Custom quotes are based on the products, quantities, artwork, print sizes, print locations, and services listed in the quote.

SMS Consent

By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive SMS communications related to orders, services, appointments, and marketing messages if opted in. Message frequency varies. Standard carrier rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item has a manufacturing defect or Water Horse Custom Prints made an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup and provide photos when applicable.

Once the issue is verified, we will determine the appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.

Shipping & Pickup

Shipping and local pickup are subject to our Shipping & Pickup Policy, including our production timelines, scheduled local pickup process, and shipping address policy.

Live T-Shirt Bar & On-Site Printing

Live T-Shirt Bar and other on-site printing services are subject to the package, staffing, travel, event-time, cancellation, and other terms shown on your quote, invoice, or service agreement. Those event-specific terms take precedence for that booking.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Water Horse Custom Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this website at the time of your order will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
